Come
to get some knowledge and to have a taste of a form of
COMMUNICATION that helps you:-
-
develop relationships based on mutual respect, compassion
and co-operation
- experience more peace and harmony within yourself and with others - resolve conflicts peacefully The content of this course comes mainly from Dr Marshall Rosenberg’s Non-violent Communication approach as well as other valuable, time-tested helps for effective, satisfying communication.
This workshop addresses situations when individuals lose control of their own
lives and do not know how to satisfy personal basic needs,
unleashing thus a cycle of reactions and negative and/or
self-destructive behaviours.

The labyrinth is an ancient Christian meditation walk. It is a symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a seemingly meandering but purposeful path. It is a symbol that creates a sacred space and place and takes us out of our ego to "That Which Is Within." The Labyrinth represents a journey to our own centre and back again out into the world. It is also, therefore, a metaphor for life's journey. Indeed, everything that happens on a labyrinth is a metaphor. A labyrinth has only one path. The way in is the way out. There are no blind alleys. The path leads you on a circuitous path to the centre and out again. . It is a journey into stillness. With a labyrinth there is only one choice to be made - whether or not to walk a spiritual path. Come, take the time to pause and reflect and journey with a praying community.
